THE NEWBORN SESSION EXPERIENCE
Calm, unhurried, and intentionally designed, direction when you need it, space when you don’t.
Focused on clean compositions, natural movement, and subtle emotion. No forced poses or overly styled setups.
Built around how you actually move and feel comfortable, confident, and present.
I design sessions for people who may be unsure, but don’t want to look back and wish they had photos
The goal isn’t to document everything, it’s to create a small collection you’ll always be glad you have
Editing is true-to-color and refined, prioritizing longevity over trends
This experience is just as much about how it feels in the moment as it is about the final images
STYLE
Every session is guided to feel natural, not posed, with simple styling direction so you look polished without feeling overdone.
You'll walk away with a curated gallery of edited images, along with high-resolution digital files ready for printing, sharing, and archiving. And throughout the session, we keep a relaxed pace, with room for breaks, outfit changes, and breathing room.
EXPERIENCE
The goal isn't to document everything, it's to create a small collection you'll always be glad you have.
Editing stays true-to-color and refined, prioritizing longevity over trends. And just as much as the final images matter, so does how the session actually feels while it's happening.
"I was worried about getting good photos of my toddler, but she put us all at ease."
She was cool with us taking lots of snack breaks to keep the vibes high! She is very comforting and patient with kids.

Together, we’ll select a date, time, and location that best aligns with your vision. I’ll provide guidance to ensure you feel fully prepared.
Enjoy a relaxed and seamless photography experience while I document while I document you in this moment in time.
Your professionally edited images will be delivered within 1–2 weeks in a private online gallery, ready to download and share.
I typically photograph newborns within the first 2–4 weeks after birth, but I’m happy to work outside of that window as well. We usually pencil in a tentative date around your due date and finalize once your baby arrives.
My approach is gently guided and natural rather than heavily posed. I focus on connection, quiet details, and timeless portraits that feel authentic rather than trendy.
You’re welcome to bring 1–2 outfits for yourself, any special blankets, heirlooms, or items you’d like included, and anything your baby needs for comfort (diapers, wipes, pacifier, etc.). I can provide simple wraps and layers if you prefer a more neutral look.
I’ll can provide styling guidance so you feel polished without feeling overdone. Most families lean toward simple, neutral, and coordinated (not matching) outfits that keep the focus on your baby and your connection.
